These images were taken from a hike on Mabbit Springs trail on Signal Mountain. This Chalybeate spring was believed to have healing water and was used to heal some from Cholera and Yellow Fever outbreaks in Chattanooga as early as the 1870's. Some believe it was used even earlier than this date.
